What makes Toucan different?

Because we supply, support and repair Apple computers for the education sector our level of expertise, knowledge and experience is extremely focused. Everyday we deal with educators across the country. We are in touch with the interests and issues that face schools and colleges when using Apple based technology. Sometimes it is the small things like updating software, RAM and hard drives that takes time and expertise. At other times it is the more complex infrastructure challenges, like an ever-expanding network or integrating your Macs with a PC network. Toucan's service and support is flexible. We support some of the largest Mac school networks in the country. Some via "remote access" are located hundreds of miles away from the head office. We can support with on-site termly health checks or build a support package to meet your needs. We tend to be low key at Toucan, but our technical team is simply one of the best there is.
