Many people choose Apple iMacs and MacBooks due to their inherent reliability – it’s one of the reasons they’re popular products within the education sector. But, sadly, nothing is 100% reliable, so Toucan Computing can offer peace of mind by offering full support.
Whether your Mac is in need of repair, or a memory upgrade, or even just a service, we offer efficient and practical repairs on all classes of Apple warranty, keeping your equipment going term after term.
Simply bring your Mac or iPad to us, we will book it in and notify you as soon as it is ready for collection. This will normally take between 3-5 working days.
If your Apple product is within warranty or has AppleCare cover, then there will be no charge for a hardware repair, subject to Apple’s T&Cs.
If the product is out of warranty, we will diagnose the fault and provide you with an estimate, including the cost of any parts and the labour required.
We will only proceed with the repair work once we have received your authorisation. If you do not want to go ahead, then our minimum diagnostic fee becomes payable (£40 + vat).
